We have a dedicated team of Personal Coaches trained to work with you, to guide, advise, enthuse and encourage you. Our training focuses on you - your needs, your motivation, your dreams and aspirations.
Every Personal Coach undergoes regular training keeping her up to date with nutritional guidelines and eating plans plus emotional and practical techniques to help you lose weight and stay slim.
We all have personal experience of weight problems and between us have worked with many hundreds of class members over the years. All that experience running classes hasn’t gone to waste and we have chosen to work one-to-one instead, building relationships with our clients and getting personal. That simply means we can concentrate on you every time you call in or email us with your weekly update.
There are no group sessions or waiting at the scales, no comparing yourself with others – this is your journey and we’re here to take it with you – one step at a time.
